Practical questions

Before you begin

Does the guest need an app?

No. The guest opens QRelia from the venue QR code in a normal mobile browser.

Is hardware required?

No. Basic includes the complete software platform. Ambient hardware is optional and only works with Premium device access.

Does QRelia take guest payments?

The current public plans cover ordering, service coordination and venue management. Guest payment follows the venue's existing process unless a separate payment feature is agreed and enabled.

Is VAT included?

Any applicable VAT is shown during checkout or on the written commercial agreement.

Can the venue cancel?

Subscription cancellation and the resulting access period follow the Terms and the state shown in the venue billing area.
