QRelia's roots go back to a room-service prototype built in 2020. The idea developed alongside Le Pommier Hotel in Guernsey, where real orders and direct operational feedback exposed what a polished demonstration could not.
Software shaped by the service around it
Hospitality ordering is more than putting a menu behind a QR code. The room or table matters. So do guest names, choices, notes, waiting estimates, course timing, preparation routing and the handover between people.
QRelia keeps those details connected from the first scan to completed service. It combines browser-based guest ordering, a live Receiver for the team, venue administration, analytics, QR production tools and optional ambient hardware.
Built openly, improved in operation
Founder Lukas Slivka has developed QRelia around the reality of hospitality work. The founding venue relationship provided the opportunity and the challenge: build something that can survive a changing menu, changing demand and a busy service.

Who QRelia is for
QRelia is designed for hotels, boutique properties, restaurants and hospitality venues serving across multiple locations. It is especially useful where room service, terraces, gardens, pools or dispersed tables make location and order context important.
