Founder profile

Lukas Slivka

Hospitality operator, self-taught software developer and founder of QRelia.

Lukas began teaching himself software development in 2019 while working inside hospitality. In 2020, a real room-service need became the first prototype behind what would later become QRelia.

Two worlds in one product

The defining advantage is not hospitality knowledge beside software knowledge. It is the same person understanding a service problem, building the workflow and then watching staff and guests expose where the design still fails.

That pattern continued through the founding hotel relationship in Guernsey. Live orders, team feedback, property migration and operational edge cases turned an early room-service application into a broader hospitality ordering and service platform.

Why QRelia is built this way

QRelia keeps location, guest choices, modifiers, notes, courses, waiting information and status together because those details matter during service. The platform is software-first, with optional ambient hardware only where a physical signal is useful.

First-hand writing

The resources on QRelia are written around practical implementation, not generic technology trends. Start with the hotel QR ordering implementation guide or the room-service software checklist.
